Living area approx. 140 m² incl. A terrace with 70 m²,
suitable for 8 - 10 People

Ground floor:

In the living - room kitchen (incl. all equipment) a tiled stove provides a comfortable warm feeling. The SAT TV entertains during cooking and eating. Leather furniture in the study gives a cosy atmosphere. In the living room you find the ZIRBENBAR.

A toilet and a washing machine is in the maintenance room.
You can relax in the HERB - SAUNA inkl. shower.
Ice cold water from the mountains is cooling after the SAUNA

On the first floor:

three double bedrooms and one room with four beds are prepared.
In one room the second SAT TV is established.

The bathroom has a round shower, In an additional room the second toilet is placed.
Cars are protected by the car port. Bedcovers are provided.
